2 Tbsp Ketcap Manis 2 Tbsp Two Busy Bees honey 2 tsp hot sauce or sweet chilli sauce
Method 1. In a medium saucepan, over low to medium heat, add the oil. Once hot carefully fry garlic powder, onion powder and all the dry spices until aromatic (about 1 min). 2. Whisk in the bourbon and tomato paste and bring to a gentle slow boil and cook until reduced by half and thickened. 3. Whisk in the peanut butter honey, ketcap manis, honey and hot sauce. Return to a simmer and cook for another 5 minutes. If a thinner sauce is desired, whisk in 1/3 cup water.
