Proving that her delicious homemade sauces aren’t just limited to pasta, Carmen from Cherry Boots farm shares her favourite winter recipe.



1kg mussels

250g calamari rings

500g Cherry Boots Pasta Sauce with Chilli

2 Cherry Boots Preserved Limes, halved

Crusty bread to serve



Prepare mussels and place in a large pot with pasta sauce and limes. Cook the mussels until the shells open, stirring occasionally. Add calamari and cook for a further 5 minutes. Serve with plenty of crusty bread to dip into the sauce.
