Salted Caramel Date Smoothie

This wonderfully rich smoothie is a perfect start to the day that won't leave you hungry after only an hour.

Ingredients

2 cups almond milk

2 bananas

2 Tbsp cashew or other nut butter (or handful of raw nuts)

100g Medjool dates

1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup

1/2 tsp sea salt or Himalayan rock salt


Method

1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!!
