Add  1 teaspoon of Footeside Farm Wattle Seed to a basic pancake recipe such as

1 cup of Self Raising Flour

1 cup of milk

1 egg

Mix together and pour small amounts into a hot non-stick frying pan.  Turn and remove when golden.  Great served hot or cold.  Pancakes can be frozen and reheated.  

Serve topped with your favourites – choc syrup and macadamia nuts, mango and yoghurt.  Great served with bacon, sausages and eggs.

Commercially prepared pancake mixes can also be used – just add 1 teaspoon of Footeside Farm Wattle Seed to the dry mix and follow the instructions on the container.
