The Eungella Garlic adventure started in the year 2000 with 30kg of seed from NSW. With alot of determination, hardwork, crop losses and a dream of supplying Australian garlic, we now grow a large crop every year and are always looking to expand our market and grow more local garlic. We are a family run business that requires many helping hands throughout the year. All labour is done by hand, from laying the weed matting, planting, weeding, harvesting, and packing. We have always grown our garlic using organic methods and certified organic fertilizers. Our garlic has a very high mineral level to add to it's nutrition, with no chemical residue level.

Most people are now aware that all imported garlic is fumigated with Methyl Bromide to enter Australia. A large percent of cheap importedgarlic is grown in substandard conditions not fit for our consumption and can cause serious health problems. Please enjoy our large juicy garlic and know you are buying local with no hidden nasties.

We are confidant in supplying top quality fresh garlic. If it is stored correctly in a well aired environment and never in the fridge, your garlic should last you up to 12 months.
