Flinders Sourdough is a boutique organic bakery in the coastal town of Flinders, Victoria and run by young couple David and Margaret. All products are hand made using only certified organic ingredients and baked in the original wood-fired scotch oven, specialties include sourdough breads, granola and muesli. We are certified organic by ACO (Australian Certified Organic). After much research and labour David and Margaret restored the oven back to baking condition. Both qualified winemakers they were drawn to the art of sourdough due to the direct link concerning the unhurried natural fermentation found in both quality wine and bread. The bakery is open Friday to Sunday, 9am to 4pm at 58 Cook Street, Flinders, VIC.
