I'm a British doctor who married an Aussie, moved to Tasmania, and bought an olive grove. I'm now making extra virgin olive oil and olive leaf tea, and I'm passionate about sharing my love of food with others. We grow Picual and Manzanillo olives in our grove, in the pristine cool climate of the Coal River Valley in Tasmania.

The olives are picked and pressed by us on site to produce a Robust style Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The olive leaf tea is also made entirely on site by me - young, healthy leaves from our grove are carefully selected, dried, and crushed. The resulting tea is a wonderful alternative to other hot drinks and is naturally caffeine-free, with a flavour similar to that of green tea.

The packaging I've chosen reflects my values in functionality, sustainability, and supporting Tasmanian or Australian businesses where I can, but it feels as if there's always a compromise! Our oil is bottled in Australian made glass, and our labels are designed and printed in Hobart. The plastic caps are recyclable along with the bottles. The included pourers are made of stainless steel and rubber, fit most wine bottles, and can be re-used. The tea is packaged in stand-up pouches which are lightweight and can be easily posted. I like recycling them for growing herbs in the kitchen!
