Our beautiful farm of 225 acres is located in the Northern Rivers of NSW, at a small village called "Ghinni Ghi", which means 'cold place'. We have a mix of alluvial creek flats and rolling hills and border Iron Pot Creek. Our farm is Certified Organic with NASAA and we produce Angus cattle, eggs, a few vegetables, comfrey and three delicious varieties of Garlic, namely: Italian Pink, Glen Large and Russian Garlic. We plant our garlic in  April and the Italian Pink and Glen Large are harvested and cured prior to the summer months.  The Russian follows in early summer. All work is done by hand and we use no machinery. The plants thrive during our mild winter days and frosty nights which contributes to the superb flavour. The only fertilisers we use are home made organic compost and a dose of home-made Comfrey Tea. We would really like the opportunity to be able to share our garlic and comfrey with other people.
Please feel free to contact us if you are not satisfied with our garlic.  Message us through Farmhouse.
