Working with the seasons we bring you Walnuts in Shell (Late April to November/December) and Walnut Kernel. We prepare a variety of products in our farm kitchen for sale to you including Pickled walnuts, Walnut Oil, Walnut Butter, Walnut Flour, Yum Walnuts and Wicked Spiced Walnuts.
All our products are Cool Stored to maximise freshness.
Our aim is to develop and manage a profitable and sustainable primary business with quality produce that we can be proud of; that provides us with a rich and full life in the country, and enhances the area's natural values. Our farming practice is guided by the values of integrity, respect (for the land and for the people we work with) and personal responsibility for our actions. We are not organic but use agri chemicals only when necessary.
King Valley Walnuts always attempts to ensure we provide our customers with the freshest and best quality products. Our walnuts are harvested once a year in April. We aim to get our walnuts to you as fresh as possible and within a week of ordering.
It is your responsibility to to check that the product description suits your purchase. We will not be held responsible for a change of mind or choice after purchase has been made.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure you have given us the correct delivery instructions and to inform King Valley Walnuts if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with Australia Post to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from non or late delivery.
Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion.
if for some reason you wish to return a product purchased from us King Valley Walnuts will accept returns under the following conditions.
- The product has exceeded the Best Before date when received by you.
- The wrong product has been supplied to you.
- The product is deemed faulty by us.
For all products ordered via our online store that meets any of the above criteria, you have to contact us within 5 days from receipt of the products and you must provide photographic evidence via email of the faulty product together with pictures of any labels and packing codes to help us conduct a thorough investigation into the matter.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
