MODO MIO Naked, started in my home kitchen in 2013, with a recipe that was created over six weeks of experimenting. I actually used nearly $1,000 of couverture chocolate before I thought it was good enough! I literally ran out of space at home in less than three weeks, and luckily I managed to find a commercial kitchen and moved in, bought an oven and a fridge and set to making THE most decadent experience you could wish for when biting into a brownie... Then we (my youngest son now works along side me full time) started to sell brownies at both Harvest Launceston and Farm Gate Hobart and have now expanded the business to include selling direct online and have also developed the whole sale side. Our brownies have won many awards including Champion at the Sydney Fine Food Awards. But the best thing about MODO MIO Naked, is being able to work with chocolate, every day, and to share the experience with our customers. It's a great job :) Susanne
