O for Organic is a small business based in Melbourne producing an ACO Certified Organic Bone Broth. The broth is made from Australian Certified Organic ingredients. Our certification is very important to us because it is your guarantee of an honest organic product. The idea for O for Organic came about because we could not source a bone broth that was Certified Organic. Given the simplicity of the recipe, we wanted to ensure that the core ingredients were of the highest quality and produced in accordance with ethical and sustainable farming practices.

The beef is grass-fed and pasture-raised. The chicken is organic free range. The bones are simmered for a period of 18 hours to extract maximum nutrients. We do not add any vegetables or spices to the mix, which distinguishes our broth from a traditional stock. We have also designed the recipe so that it is allergy friendly. The broth is gluten free and suitable for people with fructose allergies because it doesn't contain any onions or garlic. It is a broth in its simplest form. Bone broth can be consumed as a warming beverage (seasoned to taste), used as a base in cooking (including sauces, soups and slow cooking) or as a substitute for stock.

Order fulfilment and delivery

We deliver to any location within Australia serviced by the Australia Post network.

We will post the goods to you within 3 working days of you placing your order with Farmhouse Direct.

The goods will be sent to the address specified by you at the time of ordering. Accordingly, please ensure that you enter the correct address and contact details.  If the goods are returned to us because the address is either incorrect or invalid, you will be liable for re-shipping costs.

If your order does not arrive, please contact us through the Farmhouse Direct website.  We will make enquiries with Australia Post to track the status of your order and provide you with an update.

We will not be held liable for any loss or damage as a result of the late delivery of your product, or delivery to an incorrect or invalid address.

Customer service

If your product is damaged on delivery (e.g. the product seal is broken) we will gladly replace the product. Please contact us through the Farmhouse Direct website and we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you.

We do not refund orders in the event that you change your mind about the purchase.

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the product, we will replace or refund it.  To be eligible for a refund or replacement in these circumstances, you must notify us within 7 days of shipment.
