If your application is approved, you will receive an email notification of approval with all the details needed to get up and running.

GETTING SET UP

To get your online stall ready for your customers there are some key essentials you need to set up before you start selling.

1. Set up PayPal 
Link your existing or create a new PayPal Business or Premium Account and follow the Farmhouse Direct specific set-up steps to receive payment from your orders. This will also be used to set up a billing agreement with Farmhouse Direct for our commission.

2. Set up My Post Business 
My Post Business is a service that makes it easier to send your parcels. It enables you to prepare your documentation, select a preferred delivery method, pay and print shipping labels - all online. 

You will need to set up the My Post Business account via the Farmhouse Direct website in order to receive preferential postage prices.

3. Set up and manage your stall 
Get your stall ready to sell with instructions, tips and hints to help you best manage your stall profile and products.

ACTIVATE YOUR STALL

Once you are set-up and are ready to go, please click on the 'I'm ready to go live' button on the 'Manage Stall' page and the Farmhouse Direct Client Services Manager will review your stall and activate it if you are all ready to go - if not you will be contacted.
