Judy's Jams is the product of many years of experience in using up the surplus produce grown on our farm. We grow mangoes, citrus, bananas, pears, apples, stone fruit, grapes and a great variety of other fruit and vegetables. It all started when a heavy frost damaged a crop of eggplant and my husband Phillip asked me if I could do something with the fruit. And so it all began. I collected recipes from a huge variety of sources including old Tom, my mother and Phillip s mother. We combine wonderful produce with minimal ingredients so you can enjoy the best of what the land has to offer. Our products are free of the nasties and made with care and simplicity. We have been selling at a variety of markets around the beautiful Northern Rivers of NSW for over 15 years. Come and try our traditional and delicious jams and preserves all made by hand the old-fashioned way.
