Here at The Bucket Project we are passionate about growing beautiful fresh produce for Australia and locals. Located in Keyneton, Barossa Valley, South Australia, the cool winter and warm summer gives our garlic the perfect environment to flourish.
We believe in sustainable farming and so when David designed a method of using organic composting and aquaponics, his partner of love Stacey was devoted to growing sustainable garlic! The nutrients from the waste from the fish and compost directly fertilizes our plants, recirculated throughout grow beds, buckets and channels and the plants thrive. There is very minimal natural organic sprays used on our produce.
We love to know that what we grow and eat is healthy and fresh as straight from our food garden. No nasty chemicals/herbicides/pesticides! We have learnt to grow amazing Pink Ottway Garlic from Davids brother Paul. He has given us the knowledge and guidance and with our sustainable farming methods we have grown really delicious, juicy garlic. We plant, weed, harvest, and cure our garlic all by hand which allows for a gentler handling. With a trained eye we have chosen only the best garlic for our customers. We hope you'll agree, our garlic is fantastic!
We are committed to delivering a high quality product at all times. Our prices are the total cost and include the shipping, therefore you do not get any unexpected hidden prices on checkout.
