Mrs Marie Wiech started making and selling her German Noodles in Tanunda in 1935. Marie's daughter Margarete and grand-daughter, Lil succeeded her in the business up until 2007 when David & Valerie West became the new owners. We still use the same recipe and production and drying methods as Mrs Wiech used 80 years ago. We use all natural products with no preservatives. The noodles are slow dried for 2-3 days before being hand packed ready for your enjoyment. Described by our many ardent fans as smooth and silky in texture, they can be used with all of your favourite pasta recipes.
